his mother and nanny out so much that they do everything to get him to sleep - when they do, the mother goes and passes out near him after he starts sleeping? Mom's the same the world over
Elephants do it right - a teenage herd member (not necessarily a relative) take it upon themselves to be nannies to baby elephants, giving them experience in motherhood when it is their turn. Gives a new meaning to "it takes a village/herd."
