Just a friendly cat that found a comfy place to take a nap. Wish the woman said what happened in the end. Did she keep her or did she find her owner.

I suspect it already has owners, from the appearance of it.

At least have it checked for any tracking chips at a vet's office before even considering it.

A friend had a bad accident on the highway into town, so on the way to visit him in the hospital, we stopped at a church near the accident site to scope out what had happened. We parked in the church parking lot, then walked up the road, looking at the skid marks and such. When we came back to get into the car, a kitten ran from next to the church, jumped into the car, and climbed up into my lap.

We'd been planning to get a barn cat for our new barn, so we took the kitty home and settled her into the barn. As we were leaving the church parking lot, I saw a mama cat with at least three kittens peering around the corner of the building. I always maintained that she'd taught her kittens to be especially cute and would send out one to be adopted when likely prospects were nearby.

The cat ended up with the imaginative name Barn Cat and kept vermin out of the barn for a lot of years. When she passed, her single kitten, JR, took over. His real name was Barn Cat, Jr. but Dallas was popular then so everybody starting calling him JR.
