in western New York as I type. What the hell is going on? Memorial Day weekend is supposed to be the "unofficial" start of summer, correct?
It feels more like the beginning of March. This is crazy! I'm expecting snow any moment now, and I'm not kidding.

(63,221 posts)I must admit, after the last few days of temps in the high 80's, and reaching 90, I am liking this cooldown. It saves me money on AC. I absolutely dread the heat.
I like the temps in the 50's and 60's, w/ a high of about 75, as long as it's not humid. Any higher than that and I am uncomfortable unless I am submerged in water.

I lived in Geneva for a good while 35-40 years ago. I know the weather is basically the same.
