I do almost the same thing with one of my cats ... we turn a laundry basket into a carnival ride. I swing her around as quickly as I can, the more Gs the better. She loves it and it's some decent exercise for me ... if a little hard on my back

I'd hold him up high,spin him around,than toss him into a pile of pillows on my bed. Than as I danced he'd catch me with his dewclaw so I would do it all over again..
