Has anyone here ever used a thing called "CashApp"?

I'd like to hire a young woman to help with some heavy cleaning. She doesn't have a bank account but she can use something called "Cash App" which seems to be something people with smart phones use to transfer money.

I, however, do not have a smart phone. I have a computer.

I have searched "CashApp" on various search engines and visited their website, and it says it's possible to pay someone using Cash App 'without an account' if you have their CashApp payee ID, which she has provided. Then you have to enter that ID and give your payment information.

But I can't find anyplace to enter it, or give payment information, on their website.

Does anyone know if it's possible to use this thing without a smart phone?
