after the abuse he endured earlier in his life. No, we can’t rescue all of the neglected and mistreated kitties, but we can help some of them. 😻😻😻😻

Severe ear infections and ear folding, no teeth and also diabetic. He's so sweet and so grateful to be in a stable home now. I know I won't have him all that long, but making him happy and healthy while he's here makes that entirely worth it! ❤️

Loving these animals, if we're able, is what makes us human.

My (amazing!) vet tried to talk me out of it, having endured 2 very emotionally and financially costly losses due to cancer with me in the past 4 years. She knows I have a healthy 2 year old lady right now and warned me he'd not be here too much longer... then she saw the two of us together. He's so loving and he's bonded so deeply with me he hates for me to be out of his sight, even around other kind, gentle and loving humans. We're both where we belong now is what she said. She's right. ❤️

He's amazing. He was someone's baby once, before they somehow lost him. He's between 14 and 16 years old and has lived rough the last few (several?) years. Before that he was neutered, and fully vaccinated against the things (FIV) which make it hard to adopt pets like him if you have cats already, like I do. I fell into a loving goldmine of daily purrs and biscuit making with this sweet man. For however long we have together, it will all be dearly special to both of us.
