All life contains energy and energy cannot be destroyed. Nor created. Nor lost. Somewhere in there is frequency, vibrations. I haven't studied what physics has to say about that, but in my soul trip I witnessed and experienced energy and frequency. As energy grows, so does frequency. The earth area is full of anemic energy and slow frequencies. So I find it telling that when mediums or psychics notice dark, malevolent energies, it's the after death energy released by humans. I don't recall mention of dark animal or plant energy hanging around earth because their energy is too lackluster and slow to rise to higher levels. It always seems to be low, creepy human energy.

Loving and helping animals must be as high a use of our energy as helping people.

I wish we knew more!!!

The hero's mission is always to protect and preserve innocence. It rarely seems like that has a payoff but it does, an intangible one the innocent share with us, a return to that state of grace we may have only glimpsed in childhood, the sort of thing poets like Wordsworth wrote about. The grace which that woman knows is sadly unknowable to so many people.
