Looks like it's just for folks walking, or riding various kinds of bikes. Couldn't read any of the signs; which state is this?
I watched them all, and it felt like a mini-vacation!

The "Old Plank Road Trail" runs from that tunnel in Sheboygan, all the way to Fond Du Lac, about 30 miles away.

And in fact, Fond Du Lac is the county I was born in.
No wonder I found it beautiful.
