(10,130 posts)I really like these
They just randomly show up on my FB feed.
I don't know who the artist is, but this one is so visually similar to the ballerina it's possible the same person made them both.

(1,555 posts)My family are all stoners.
Spend hours walking the beach looking for the best.
Found a bunch of Petoskey Stones this summer along the Lake Michigan shore.

(236 posts)Not Petoskey Stones, but an inveterate stoner
mostly on Minnesotas Lake Superior shores. Hours and hours on different beaches up there.
Back home, here in south central MN, I collect huge hunks of limestone, that my home town is known for, and landscape the heck out of my yard, and the yards of family members that will let me have my way with their patch.
Confession: I dont know what Petoskey Stones are, so Im looking forward to a little research.

(585 posts)It beats to hell the heaps of garbage (literal & figurative) that pass for "art" at Tate Gallery et al.
Before I question your post, I'd like for you to explain why you think the 'Tate Gallery et al.' has heaps of garbage art.

(11,589 posts)it's spectacular. I want to give you credit if so.
If not, I'd love to give the artist credit. It's a fabulous image.
The composition, the color, and the relativity are just spectacular. It reminds me of the family in the middle east, in particular: Afghanistan.
