1. I still remember my mother going to see "Anatomy of a Murder" when I was a kid.

She went with some of the other neighborhood ladies to see the racy-for-its-time movie---the attempted rape, the use of the word "panties" in the courtroom, Lee Remick's sex-pot character. The film still stands up as a first-rate legal drama.
