1. I wish I had been more educated when my ferals were still kittens

I would have approached the situation very differently.

My mom cat is very tame, but her offspring are not. They're over three years old now, so I guess it is what it is at this point. I had planned to find the kittens homes, but now I'm glad I kept them all. (Not that I had a choice.) They're a family. The mom still keeps tabs on the "kittens", and when any come in the house she'll come and ask me for food for them. I guess she still thinks it's her responsibility to feed them. It's pretty sweet.

They always have their dry food, but she somehow coerces me into giving them a little wet food or treats. I can't believe she's the boss of me.
