8. Yes the pic is of the Arenal Volcano that we can see

But she is shy and is often cloud covered.
This volcano is about 26 miles on the north end. We live on south end. But can see her.

However we live at the base of the Tonorio Volcano Nat’l Park. We can’t see that one unless we are on a different mountain.

26. It's different in different parts.

Coasts are hot and brittlely dry.
We live on the Continental Divide.
One our side of the mountain it’s generally 73-about 86. This moment it’s 76.
No one has AC here because it’s breezy.
We do live in a rainforest so it rains here everyday. Usually it has sunny and rainy times. Over the other side of the mountain only 16 miles away, in Canas it’s always 12-20 degrees hotter. By Liberia and the Pacific Coast it’s been 108.

We love living in a rain forest. Always green and verdant. It’s a bit different for tourists, here in Arenal your vacation could be very rainy.

PURA VIDA! Lake Arenal is beautiful. I've visited San José and environs, the Nicoya (Montezuma Beach) and Osa (Drake Bay) Peninsulas, and might just pm you in the future if I get a chance to go there again.

22. No just residency. Not citizenship.

We won’t vote. But we don’t have to do visa runs to the border every three months.
We can now get CR drivers license and universal health care including dentistry.
It’s all sooo good.
