9. Lots of posters get off of FFR.

There were some very high-profile ones who were whacked in the 2020 primary campaign who are posting merrily away now. I've only been on a couple of times in the past several months and saw three or four just in the past couple days.

I have no clue what the guidelines are for bringing them back, but someone who couldn't have been a more obvious troll in 2020 was brought back apparently because of his "contributions" to other parts of the site, particularly photography. He was also banned in 2016 (overtly trolling the other side, curiously enough) and brought back then, too.

11. Do you know if they can read/receive DU mail during their

FFR? I was amazed to see a poster from way back (at least 3 years) contribute to the Spring fundraiser and she posted on a couple of stickies that she was still in purgatory, but reaching out to say hi to DU.

I sent a DU mail, but it isn't clear to me whether they can receive them... I have to admit feeling bad that someone who would still contribute three years later wouldn't be considered for reinstatement, but maybe they hadn't directly messaged with admins in an effective way...

5. Oh man, when I was in Cambodia and ran out of ibuprofen

(back when I was allowed to take ibuprofen)
I went to the local pharmacy to find that they were selling codeine over the counter.
I was soooooo tempted!!
But, I didn't want to risk trying to bring it back to the states with me......
