This is the first morning I didn't get immediate post-breakfast kitty kisses from Squeaky!

Instead he chose to run off and frolic with his siblings.

But a few minutes later, he climbed up my leg, ran up my shirt and brought a smile to my face.

Seriously, though, it is fun to watch him grow and gain confidence. He's so much smaller than the others, he used to spend most of his time on my lap or shoulder, watching the antics of his brother and sisters. Now he joins right in, and pretty much holds his own.

This is his last weekend with me. I'm really going to miss him but I sure take pride in how he's turned out.

2. It's been quite a journey and a real adventure

I'm not getting a whole lot of stuff done because I'm having so much fun watching and playing with the kittens. AND mollifying Sophie. She went on a rather short 'hunger strike' but I'm giving her lots of extra attention, even if that means I'm not getting much sleep, either, because the middle of the night is her favorite time for reassuring scritches.

3. awwwwww. Such a wonderful start to my day. I love hearing of the progress of these

adorable little beings. You are doing such an amazing job with them. I know that it will be hard to let them go, but you are getting them started on amazing lives. Blessings to you from all who love our felids.

because he's going to people you know. At least I thought that's what you said.

So if that's the case, I hope we will get to hear news about all of them as they go to their new homes.

I have no doubt I'll get many updates and I will definitely request photos. I'm still not sure if she's going to take one of the girls, too although that was the case, last time we talked. I also know nothing is definite until it happens.
