Taliban is takeover group...unpredictable etc...
Also Talibans are Afghan
Afghans and Arabs are not even related. They don't speak the same language. Afghans speak Indo-European language, whereas Arabs speak Arabic..It's almost as hard for Afghans to learn Arabic as it for us to learn Arabic. Their script is Arabic though.

It's like asking, "How is the Sinolean Cartel different from Greg Abbott?" ..Two languages, two countries...

Not saying which one is worse or better, but they are different.

Afghanistan, Pashto, related to Persian? If that’s true, it would make the Afghanis closer to the Iranians than Arabs.

There are also DNA differences between Iranians and Arabs.

I believe the two groups were physically isolated due to mountains.

The dark blue in northern Iraq and Turkey is due to Kurdish populations who also speak from the same language family.
