I've always thought the name Pop-Tarts was brilliant.

They taste like crap and are loaded with sugar. Not exactly a healthy meal for kids or adults.

Or put it into the cupboard for emergency rations in case of power outages.

There are cheaper no-cook alternatives, but if one wants a change...

((I always preferred the unfrosted stuff myself.))

The unfrosted apple were pretty good especially topped with ice cream. I never considered them breakfast. They were dessert.
