An odd question about Trump

It’s well known that Trump had a button on the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office that when pushed, a White House butler would deliver a Diet Coke to the nominal president.

Trump drinks Diet Coke?! It’s hardly working.

The stuff tastes like metallic shit. No wonder he drinks it.

Feeling they saved calories by drinking the diet soda, many increase their caloric intake accordingly or more likely exceed it.

Loved it - as kids, our parents didn't allow sodas unless it was Christmas.
In my entire life I drank one diet soda and decided that I'd either drink no soda or real soda.
I don't know how anyone drinks diet soda - it tastes awful. It was easy to give up soda and revert to home made drinks or water.

4. I gave it up almost a decade ago... Drink tea, coffee, water now. But diet sodas can be addictive.

Just as real sugar can be. (and increasingly research is showing the affect on insulin and insulin resistance is not so dissimilar--leading to weight gain independent of increased intake).

So, I'm happy to have kicked the habit. Unsweetened tea is so much healthier.

that shit.

If you can get some Coca-Cola from Mexico, it has real sugar in it, rather than HFCS.
