'Race Against the Tide' where professional sand sculpture experts sculpt sand sculptures on a beach before the Bay of Fundy tide comes in and washes it all away. I hour left.
When they sculpted into the dark the tide came in and washed their sculptures away. I know that is part of the poetry of their craft but it is sad their work did not last an hour or a day.
Next week they sculpt in a storm.

(3,265 posts)Aside from those, tho - Mr West finally succeeded talking me into watching "Black Sails", he'd been trying for a year. I really dug it. When it was done I missed the story and characters just like when finishing a good book. And I'm not one for fantasy. He was right, tho, it was wonderfully done.
"Poldark" was better than OK, and for laughs I suggest "Agatha Raisin" and "The Other One".

(24,104 posts)Ken Burns' documentary on Muhammed Ali. And the third part if I can stay awake. Part one was very good. I was only about eight when I first heard of him, so it's kind of a time capsule of my younger days.
