My physiology psychology professor said that all animals have the same brain structure and function with the one exception being the cat, something he stated with some exasperation.

pat of the multiverse. (See Shirley Rousseu Murphy's "The Catswold Portal" and the (disney?) Movie about a cat landing its spaceship on earth. "The Cat From Outer Space." They knew.)
