Well, not "bored," more like contemptuous of her. There's a clip of him saying she was a total slut, him talking.
In this bit, it looks like he's heard her story about her childhood water trauma so much that he's bored to tears (or hatred). Only to fulfill the perfect crime in due time, allegedly.
