So easy through CVS, scheduled it the night before online.
One vaccine in each arm. Arms are slightly sore, but the main reaction or side effect was such vivid and crazy dreams all night long. I finally had to get up because my dreams were freaking me out! Reminded me of years ago when I was using the nicotine patch to quit smoking, and had to stop because my dreams were so extreme - they were like hallucinations in my sleep. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had this side effect to being vaccinated. Maybe it was because I got two at the same time. Anyway, interesting to say the least!
Get those boosters if you can!

(4,391 posts)vaccines/medication two at the time anymore. I had a condition for which I was medicated first time in the hospital and had a concerning reaction to one or both of two new for me drugs. Trouble is even the staff didn't know which caused it, duh...and I suppose the history of that has been buried somewhere deep in the records but who will take note if that condition ever rears its ugly head again?

(2,559 posts)The flu shot was barely noticeable.
The Pfizer booster, though, hurt like a sonabitch after about four hours. But that pain lessened considerably by Sunday night.
Didn't have any weird dreams, but was sort of tired after the booster shot.

Pfizer Covid booster scheduled for next week.
The latest FDA-CDC update made me eligible on Friday and I booked the first appointment I could get.

(46,986 posts)Very restless night, strange and odd dreams. They didn't freak me out, but I didn't get much sleep.
This was the second night after the shots.
I got both shots in one arm. That arm was quite painful for about 4 days.
