And enjoy your birthday.
I'll be 65 in a few weeks, already on medicare because SSDI. This pandemic has altered our reality and has for such a long time, it seems, that nothing seems to be worthy of excitement. I tend to try and enjoy what beauty nature holds for the moment.

mantra "Don't get sick, don't get sick" often. It worked for me!

(24,392 posts)4. The good news is that once you reach 65 and qualify for Medicare
it is absolutely great. Pretty close to 100% coverage on everything for a premium of $135-155 a month. Free prescriptions on generic drugs. Free labs.
64 is like the worst post-60 year.
