YAY, I got my Covid booster today!

I was bummed out because earlier in the week I couldn't get it because I wasn't immunoisuppressed, just old. But Walgreens changed their policy so I hotfooted it to the nearest one offering Pfizer boosters. I didn't even have an appointment and I got out of there in less that 45 minutes.

10. I got a text from them last week asking how I was doing.

I don't know if I should try signing up again because I still seem to be in their system. I had my last vax in March & now they contact me once a month or so.

I re-registered with vsafe. It had all my info & started daily cjeck in texts the next day.

They don't know when or if we get a booster if we don't log it in the system. 😉

12. I went to Phoenix, Flagstaff, Sedona, & the Grand Canyon in December 2019. Loved it.

I had one of the best meals of my life at the Elote Cafe in Sedona. Truly special. I had to cancel 2 weeks on Maui in March 2021 so I rolled over my condo reservation to 2020 and I am determined to go come hell or high water.

He lives near Prescott, so that's where I'll be hanging out. He says his neighborhood is full of Trumpanzees. I've really missed him and his wife.

15. Yay for you! Got mine last Sunday, just walked into Walgreens, filled out the paperwork,

waited a short time for a couple other old folks to get theirs, did the standard 15-minute wait afterwards and that was that. Maybe we'll have to do this again in another six months but that's fine with me.

17. They didn't even make me wait after. She just asked me if I had a reaction to the other

2 shots. I said no and she said I didn't have to wait if I felt okay. I did and I'm still feeling okay. I'm relieved because I got an email last week from a Covid tracking site that raised the threat level in my county and town to High Risk. I really despise the antivaxers.
