2. Tylenol is recommended. Ibuprofen can suppress the immune response.

(It has not been proven that acetaminophen won't as well, but it is not an anti-inflammatory and thus recommended over the class of drugs, including ibuprofen, known as NSAIDs).

instead of ibuprofin which an NSAID. Be aware that Acetaminophen can affect your liver if you are a heavy drinker.

(same instructions were given for J&J original and Moderna booster -- so assuming similar instructions for Pfizer

Maybe don't get the booster and the flu shot at the same time.

I did, and the following day I felt "off." Like the flu or a bad cold was coming on. I left the office early, took an Aleve, had a short nap, got to bed early, and was fine the next morning. But I don't know which shot caused the reaction.
