Saved my life when I was in a diabetic stupor. Didn't know I was diabetic He kept jumping on my chest to wake me up.Sniffing my breath.
When I finally could think I called 911

I think he was scared I might die.

And since that time he comes up to me and sniffs my breath if I am low. First he will go where I am at. Get close up and sniffs..

Than he jumps down and leads me to the gluconometer on my nightstand. He walks a little looks back to see if Im coming than jumps on the nightstand. Waits until I am done the poke then escorts me to where I keep sugared candy for just that sort of situation.

He wasn't trained to do it,he just does it.

I thank Bast and Sekhmet for him.

I think he got used to my sugar maintenance routine and he memorized it. But sniffing my breath is his signal to check sugar levels.
