I knew a girl back in the day who was a HUGE Sha Na Na fan. She and a friend who was also a big fan used to kind of follow them around, travel to places they were performing every chance they got, etc. So they had seen these guys perform many, many times. At one concert, one of the guys in the gold outfits had a "wardrobe malfunction." Basically, when they went down on one knee like they did in this video, one guy busted a seam in the crotch of his pants. And, well, they don't wear underwear with those pants, so the audience got quite an eyeful, according to her!

Now, I can't 100% vouch for the accuracy of this story. I wasn't there. But looking at how tight those pants were, I find it quite believable that such a thing could happen. So I thought I would share. Make of it what you will.
