my garden.

I have multicolored - Green, Yellow, Orange and Red Bell Peppers. Throughout the season as I picked some - I've made stuffed peppers and sliced up a great many peppers. Bagged them in plastic and placed them in the freezer to be used throughout the fall and winter.

Yesterday - I harvested a whole bunch more peppers before the first frost set in. Now I'm looking for other ideas as to what to do with them. I have more than enough sliced peppers - but what can I do with my latest harvest?

Any recipes? Any ideas? Would all be appreciated.

Last year I had a bumper crop of padrones. They dehydrate easily, just as they are, whole. I pop them into everything - scrambled eggs, soups, stews - all year long.

fried potatoes, omelettes and other cooked dishes or just thaw them and use them
in salads. I've been known to go through my Dad's garden and eat fresh tomatoes,
bell peppers and grapes. Yum!

Chop 'em and add to chili
Saute 'em and add to breakfast egg dishes

Raw sweet pepper salads are so colorful!

seen white salsa for sale so you could be the first with that. My son doesn't like
spicy food but I did get him to eat the red, yellow and orange bell peppers sliced
thin and fried up with hash browns. I didn't tell him they were healthy and he ate
them so that was a win for me!
