(10,885 posts)Rather than saying "...and here's the Host of Jeopardy!...", tonight's opening said "...and now, hosting Jeopardy!, Ken Jennings." Subtle difference, but it seemed they went out of their way to not deem KJ as Host officially.
I'll look forward to his term, but my vote for permanent host is still for Buzzy.

I just thought it was interesting that they toned down the intro as they did. When Mayim was on, she was introduced as "the Host"; not so with Ken.
