It was popular on the radio in 1987-88 when The Monkees were doing their twenty-year reunion.

I remember that tour although I didn't get to go to a concert. I became a fan when they reran the show in syndication in the early eighties. I had a crush on Davy Jones and Peter Tork.

I had just turned 8 years old, and my older sister played the whole album for my birthday.
I still love that song.
