Only guy in parking lot currently clearing snow off his car.
Surveillance camera perfectly aimed at his car.
Cement slab has a perfect hit on the car, in the perfect center of the camera.
What are the chances?
With my luck, it would happen in the middle of the night and there would be no camera.
