I can sympathize. It must be overwhelming to try to master a cell phone and a notebook computer at the same time.

Back when I first got into computers, there was this philosophy of "each one teach one." The people who helped me were wonderful and I've helped others with every opportunity that presents itself. The other night I had to coach someone through a Netflix sign on.

2. I know three people who are about this tech-savvy.

I’m on unpaid 24/7 tech support standby for each of them. The video would be more accurate if the mum was growling, cussing, screaming, and banging.


But I love them all, so I take a deep breath and help solve the latest crisis or “nightmare” each time.

3. I had my cell phone for months before I figured out how to answer a call!

To say I'm challenged by today's tech devices is putting it mildly.

4. I've made sure that I and my son have had cell phones for many years. But I refuse to

get a smart phone! A big plus is that we get what we want (communication) at a
reasonable cost for equipment and service.
