I love this piano piece - even learned to play some of it.

Edit: responded too quickly, not realizing this was the whole December album (I only learned some of the first song called Thanksgiving). It's a wonderful collection.

I've often thought they were overlooked by many because of their musical styling. They were not your typical Rock and Roll band, which is the very reason they appealed to me.

Their music was so complex, mixing jazz, English Folk, blues, rock, classical.....everything under the sun. They were a mercurial lot, and changed band members as often as their clothes.

They refused to be classified, categorized or typified, and that cost them in fan recognition and loyalty I believe. They even refused to perform at Woodstock, not wanting to be classified as a "hippie band".

Thanks for posting a little slice of Tull.
