7. I think I know what she did wrong

I think she put the Pie in an electric oven and turned it on
forgetting about the top preheating element that quickly gets the oven up to temp. I
I did that with a Pizza once. Same results. Everything seems ok until you go to take it out of the oven.
At least I would admit to doing something stupid like that and not blame the Pizza company.
