Bacon sauce for ice cream. Yea, 8 pounds of bacon over two days of cooking all that sweet, salty bacon. Yum!!

jalapeño and cream cheese. Since wrapping the bacon kind of sucks, I now cook the bacon and chop it up and add it to the cream cheese and then stuff. Happy New year.
