Questions about toaster-oven

Disclaimer: Have a stove/oven, but have only used the stove (electric) topside/one burner, never the oven.

So. Years using a toaster oven, and the "toast" is toasted on ONE side. I've accommodated by buttering on the lesser toasted side.

*** Um, what's the question? - will Edit if I can think it!

Does being toasted make a toaster oven impossible to use?

Some say yes…yes it does.

to get toasted on both sides of the bread.

One of your dials may be set on broil or top brown or bake

i have a stove/oven, but have only used the stove (electric) topside/one burner, never the oven.

now, i don't know about you but the burner i use is the back left one

also--full disclosure--i've never owned or used a toaster oven (but i have a toaster and microwave)

that electric stove/oven coincidence is pretty freaky
