It's been cloudy

For a long time. I dont remember it being cloudy this long with very little rain. Its supposed to be cloudy all this week except for Wednesday it will be partly cloudy. Than back to being overcast .

I live in Maryland

This many constantly cloudy days in a row is starting to trigger my depression and my sleep wake schedule has gotten fucked up.

How long until we get out of these clouds ☁️and see the sun again !☀️

So, at least my outdoor cat showed up for supper right on time and he’s in his little house on my back deck right now. That’s one bright spot to hold onto

Sun lamps: 5 of the best
https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/sun-lamp#summary

People should be careful when using sun lamps. In most cases, they should look for products that do not use UV light, as this can damage the skin and lead to skin cancer.

When someone has a vitamin D deficiency, their skin needs UVB light to make the vitamin. However, in most cases, it is better to get vitamin D from food and natural sunlight than to use a sun lamp.

Light therapy will not work for everyone. People with light sensitivities, bipolar disorder, diabetes, or eye problems should avoid using it.

Anyone who is thinking about using a sun lamp, especially those who suspect that they have a vitamin D deficiency, should speak to a doctor first.
