A thread on favorite covers in the Music Appreciation group reminded me that I'd once preferred Linda Ronstadt's cover of "Tumbling Dice" to the Stones, even though it's one of my favorite Stones songs. And that made me wonder how many other DUers (many of whom are Boomers like myself, judging by the age polls done here over the years) ever felt the same way.
So I decided to do a poll...and to throw in Keith Urban's cover, which I also like. In this case, the performance -- with Albert Lee and Vince Gill -- is from the Crossroads festival at Madison Square Garden in 2013.
From YouTube, the Stones' studio track and live in 1978, Linda Ronstadt, and Keith Urban, all IMO sounding great.
(Hmm. You'll have to click the Watch On YouTube link in that last video. Don't run into this problem often, but in this case I don't have another good video of the performance to substitute.)

Also listening to (and sometimes watching) Keith Urban. Love the guitars. Can't remember ever being disappointed by any video from a Crossroads festival.

For some reason I associate it with my university's student union, though I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have heard it first there. But I still can't hear it without remembering the student union...
