do you have a consumer affair advocate in your community?

unless you had a lot of other plumbing done, that is outrageous for a year old water heater.

I couldn't argue with the amount of time it took. I was here the entire time he and his partner worked. We have a friend, a retired plumber, who talked with him on the phone. He said what he was hearing was what he would have done. IOW, we checked him out.

"The is what we have money for." I told my husband. "Be glad we have it."
