It was surprisingly painless.

My legs are still useless and my upper body hurts a lot, but that's semi-controlled with medication.

I'm still here most nights- I just rarely post. The Lounge just ain't the place it used to be.

So, naturally when the time came for her to have her eyes examined I told her that when the eye doctor asked herto rest her head in the chin cup she should be brave. She asked me why. Instead of telling her he was going to shoot a puff of air at her eye, I told her that's when he was going to give her an eye pox vaccination in her eye. Later, when the doctor asked her to rest her chin in the cup she asked him "Is this when you put the needle in my eye?" After the exam the doctor said he wanted to talk to me but I told him I had to go.

I've never had the pleasure of that particular procedure myself.

With liquid Nitrogen going through it yet.

Reminded me of some kind of torture scene from a movie.

NOT one of my favorite things. It was not pleasant, despite theoretically having the eye "numbed"
