I've noticed many topics hover at 44 likes, and I'm always reluctant to click so it will be at TFG's number 45.
Obviously many topics are way past that number of likes so not everybody feels this way. Am I the only one?

Click it, then come back when it ticks over to 46 and undo & redo the like. That gets you out of 45.

pretty much said something very similar to what I would have posted, so no need to post. Not always of course, but quite often. Other than that the numbers mean nothing to me.
