Pharmacist is deaf and can't read the gun owner's lips through his heavy beard so he has the gun owner repeat his request several times. Finally in frustration the gun owner puts $5 on the counter, pulls out his penis and put it next to the fiver. Pharmacist nods, pulls his penis out and puts it next to the bill. His is bigger so he smiles and pockets the $5.
