But I couldn't do it with a blunt. Don't want the tobacco.

But I've never smoked at all. Think I could do it? Joint or pipe, what's better for someone who's never smoked?

to get one could be very expensive, depending upon my reaction. If it's good, then I've made a good investment. If it's bad, I'll be throwing away a good deal of money.
