(14,906 posts)I need to eat less chicken & pork!
I have around 5 to 8 hamburgers, and 6 meals with lamb per year. So that's good.
More tuna (don't like salmon).
More beans (esp from scratch which I used to do), whole grains, and veggies. I used to eat like this from early '80's to very late '90's. Tofu, tempeh, and millet is tasty.
I do have lots of garlic, onions, when I can get Traders vegetarian Indian precoked pouches (covid limited my usual trips 😔 ). Yogurt & berries. Sometimes avocados.
Mostly going back more to what I used to eat. 👍

(32,688 posts)some great sardines that are only a buck a can. beach Cliff Sardines in water. The least amount of mercury of any fatty fish. I eat a can or two a day.
The best food Ive ever had was in Italy. Hope to make it to Greece and France some day.
