1. It's a good plan but according to my former Mother-In-Law who lives in a neighborhood

with centralized USPS mail lock-boxes, there's great deal of break-ins and mail theft with
that system. I advised her to take all her mail to the post office for mailing and to get a
post office box for receiving mail. That works very well for me.
