I had one last night.
I dreamt that I had bought myself a motorcycle (which is something I would never actually do in real life, nor do I have a desire to do in real life) and decided to take it up and visit my parents house several hours away.
Halfway through my trip it started to rain and thunder and lightning incredibly ferociously, and being on a motorcycle I felt extremely exposed and vulnerable to the elements.
I pulled over at some road house type establishment to ponder what to do, as the rain and thunder was not letting up. Ultimately I decided to randomly get in this van, not even knowing who was driving it or where I was going.
So I tell the driver of the van where I'm going, and as luck turns out, they are going to the same town as I am.
There are three other people in the van--a husband and wife, who are this hippie/bohemian type and another guy, who apparently is their business partner. Apparently these hippie folk own their own scissor-manufacturing business. The couple are super nice people; their business partner is a little more reserved and openly warns about the risks involved in the scissor manufacturing business and that 3 out of every 4 people who start a scissor manufacturing company ultimately fails.
Anyways, we finally get to my parents house and I'm so ingratiated to these people for helping me out and give me a ride that I invite them inside for dinner, and the dream ends with me introducing my parents to "my new friends" as we sit down to eat.
It was strange as all dreams are, but not too strange that it felt so unreal. I would not be one to buy or ride a motorcycle, and I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone just randomly getting into a stranger's van. Then you have hippies with their own scissor business, which is completely random.
But the overall feel for the dream was just so positive and good, and I've been so down with all the news about Ukraine lately, that it just felt like a good dream to have.
