Potstickers in the freezer. So I got some, along with some pierogis on sale.
Potstickers were as good as the local Chinese place, but I suddenly realized I had no dunking sauce. I did have a jar of Chipotle pepper which worked sorta OK.

For Asia-style potstickers Soy sauce mixed with dijon mustard and sesame seeds is all you need. If you have an air fryer you can put them in while frozen and give the fryer basket a shake now and then and they'll come out brown all over. I don't know what they use on perogies.
