I'm still not sure how I feel about that but we broke up for many other reasons.

while the guy was relaying the issue I interrupted him and asked, ARE YOU PISSING?!?! When he didn't reply immediately I slammed the phone down. A few minutes later a coworker of his called to tell me the issue.

If my husband and I are in the kitchen and I need to "answer nature's call," I go upstairs to one of the bathrooms there rather than use the guest bathroom which is immediately adjacent to the kitchen.

If we are at someone's home and their bathroom is near where all the people are gathered, I turn on the water in the sink.

In the years before cell phones, I remember reading some travel advice to never use one of the phones that some hotels used to have in the bathrooms with the caveat, "Keep in mind what the other people using that phone were doing while they were holding it."

it should be innate but apparently is not

another huge pet peeve of mine is public restrooms, why is there so often pieces of toilet paper all over the place, is this how they treat their bathrooms at home?

...drops of urine on the seat of public bathrooms.

We have been married for 40 years, and I still always close the bathroom door. I prefer to floss and brush my teeth without an observer.

Yes, indeed!

that pissing guy, turned out he was a newish employee with a baby on the way, and was terrified I would report him....a coworker quickly assured him (Skittles) would do no such thing, she probably forgot about it after she slammed the phone down.

I'll bet he doesn't do that anymore.

Was this someone you had to interact with in person?
