...three good players, two firsts, two seconds? There's probably a good QB somewhere in there, along with a lot of rebuilding material. Russell had made his mark in Seattle, and is--along with Junior--one of the two greatest athletes in town history. Cherish the memories, the Super Bowl you won--cough, wheeze, ahem, it should have been two. As a Pats fan, thanks, guys--and look forward now...

I am saddened. But, there have been rumors of Russell leaving for a few months. I still look fondly back at the year they won the super bowl with the best defense ever, the best quarterback ever, and the best beast ever.

Mr Bear was literally recovering from a bypass that weekend and we sent Mama Lynch’s FB page a photo of him in front of his hospital room whiteboard where he’d written “I’m just here so I don’t get fined.” It went over pretty well. 😁

A friend of mine was shopping in downtown Seattle once and a man said to her as she walked by his table, "You have a gorgeous smile." I was Marshawn!

And of course when we heard the story, we all gave her a bunch of skittles.
