I was LOL at every paragraph; humor from The New Yorker. This is for all the absent-minded souls among us, as well as those with a bend for true crime.

Now that Im getting older, Ive noticed that I increasingly forget certain things.
For example, Ill find myself standing in the driveway with no idea why I went outside. Of course, the moment I head back in, it hits meand out I go! But no sooner am I out than, once again, Im at a loss. I just sigh and shake my head as I rack my brains: Where the heck was I going? And why is there a note in my hand that says Kill Marvin?
Or Ill find myself down in the basement. Im not holding the laundry hamper, and theres nothing in the machinesso whyd I come down here? And why is there a poster of Marvin on the wall with a red X on it?
I bet this one will sound familiar. Youre staring at your computer screen, and, for the life of you, you cant imagine why you were Googling chloroform. You must have gone down quite the Internet rabbit-holebut why?
