I haven’t seen any robins but maybe they’re hiding from this morning’s snow in south central PA. But they’re coming. Beautiful weather will welcome them next week.

Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to be in the upper 50's/lower 60's so I'm going to be starting on some seasonal yard and garden clean up. I'm already stocked up on yard waste bags, and pick up doesn't start until April 7!!

Of course, this was in VA.

Also spotted two squirrels.

AND a fox.

Reported the last to the local animal welfare league, just in case it was sick.

I've rarely ever seen dogs on the loose.

I'm going to turn the back yard Blink camera back on to see if any of the other critters are showing up (raccoons, opossums). I moved the feral's food bowls so HOPEFULLY they won't be back there, triggering the motion detector ALL NIGHT LONG.

Yesterday morning I awoke to about 3" of fresh snow. I cleared the car and moved it into the garage, exposing some clear concrete. Once the air temps went up and we got some sunshine, the drive AND walk way slowly but surely cleared by Mother Nature. I thanked her.

I'm really hoping I don't have to use that snow blower, again, until next Winter. Hope I didn't just jinx things.

Seems like it was January or early February. And there were LOTS of them.

They've stripped just about every tree of any winter berries, have been feasting on peanut chips, sunflower hearts, jelly sandwiches, bark butter, dog food, and stationed themselves around the heated water pans.

Just saw a pair of them flitting among the tree tops about a week ago (western PA). Welcome back, Mr and Mrs Robin!
